I'm sure that it was filmed near Seattle or Vancouver, but hey, it was supposed to be Alaska. Also, Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country was filmed partially on Knik Glacier near Palmer. The scene when McCoy and Kirk escape from Rura Penthe and are walking across that vast ice field. And don't forget the "Star Trek: The Lords of Time" movie by the Fairbanks Area Star Trek Fan Club. I looked it up, and "On Deadly Ground" was mostly filmed in Washington, not Valdez. Most of these films have at least a few shots that were actually filmed in Alaska, but if the bulk of the movie was filmed elsewhere, that is where I placed the title on the map.
