NES Apple Remote

About a year ago I started this little project to wire my apple remote into an NES controller. At the time I had a really difficult time and it didn’t actually work out. This week I decided to dust it off and try again. My soldering skills have improved greatly as well as my understanding of electronics.

Here is the instructable I used to complete the project, and below is a video of it in use. You can control itunes with it. If I ever decide to turn my macbook into a low powered entertainment center for my kitchen someday, this might come in handy.
